If we look at the past, we will find lots of item as traditional food of United Arab Emirates. We will discuss one by one, but before that let me tell you one thing that meat is very common in all items. They prefer meat(goat/camel) then chicken in their food.

Lets start with their most famous rice dishes with lots of meat in it. Its called “Mandi”, “Madbi” and “Madfoon”. In all these almost all ingredients are same, but the way in which chicken or meat is prepared is different.  They are prepared with both chicken and meat (goat/camel) and served with a very tasty sauce made from tomatoes. They are served in a large dish with lots of rice. Before this a soup is also served which is unique in its taste. Overall its a very tasty and fulfilling dish.
