Every spice lover is a fan of peri peri grilled chicken and must’ve tried it at least for once. There are several food brands serving it in UAE, which includes; Nando’s on top, Galito’s and Veri Peri.

The peri-peri sauce which is used for seasoning or marinating chicken has been derived from a secret recipe originated in Portugal and was revised in different countries including South Africa. It’s made up of grounded red chili flakes, dry onions, lemon juice and peel, salt, pepper, paprika, oregano, tarragon, basil, parsley and garlic.
