Speaking of my experience, I was recently craving for some spicy Pakistani food so I decided to try one of the restaurants in the global village. I went there in the evening and the weather was too good that day. It started to drizzle and as soon as I reached the Pakistani restaurant “Bundoo Khan’s”, there was an aroma of barbecue chicken all around and I started to feel hungrier. I went inside, there was a huge dining hall with a nice casual sitting setup. There was this nice waiter who showed me the table and took the order, I asked him about the specialty and he informed me about the various dishes including barbecue and kebabs are their specialty. So I ordered a mix barbecue platter which included seekh kebabs, chicken malai boti, dhagha kabebs and mutton bihari. The platter was served within 15 minutes. The big platter was enough in terms of food quantity for two people. The super aromatic well-cooked seasoned barbecue was served with freshly baked naan bread, salad and sauces. I thoroughly enjoyed my meal. The taste was perfect. It was spicy and well-seasoned. There were several options for deserts too and to top my meal with a perfect dessert at the end I ordered a kheer. It was certainly the best kheer I have had in my life. It was served in a traditional pottery with mixed dry fruits sprinkled on top. I left the place with not only my hunger pangs but my cravings well satisfied too.
