Easy and Wholesome Breakfast Recipes

Many of us are in a hurry in mornings and do not have time to follow lengthy recipes and prepares time-taking breakfast. That is why we either skip breakfast or have a bite on the way which is not enough. If you are looking for some quick and healthy recipes for breakfast, you are at the right place!

Here are some easy recipes for delicious and healthy breakfast that won’t take much time to prepare but will keep you satiated for hours:

Moist Strawberry Cupcakes

Strawberry cupcakes are small yet very filling treats for all the people with a sweet tooth. The overall recipe takes merely 20 minutes and is enough for the entire family. The one ingredient that makes the cupcakes worth-trying and super delicious is the almond flour. Almond flour muffins are quickly baked and rich in taste.


  • 2 to 3 cups of almond flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 4 tablespoons of raw honey
  • A pinch of salt
  • ½ teaspoon of baking soda
  • A spoon of apple cider vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons of vanilla extract
  • ½ kg of clean strawberries
  • 4 teaspoons of coconut oil
  • Cupcake liners and pan
  • ½ cup cocoa powder (optional)


The first thing you do is pre-heat your oven between 300 and 350. Then, take a big bowl and add all ingredients in it. Mix them well until it turns into a paste-like mixture. Then fill the pan halfway with the mixture. Let the muffins bake for about 15 minutes and then check if they are ready. Serve them while they are hot!


Fruit and Nut Oatmeal

Oatmeal is undoubtedly the most filling breakfast and the best part is that you can make modifications in its recipe as per your liking. My personal favorite is the one with fruit and nuts since they make it more wholesome and satiating.


  • 1 cup of oatmeal
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon
  • 2 pinches of salt
  • Nicely cut bananas, apples, berries and fruit that you like
  • Crushed roasted peanuts, cashews, pistachios and almonds
  • 2 cups of low-fat milk


Boil the two cups of milk in a pan and add the oatmeal. Add ½ teaspoon of cinnamon and 2 pinches of salt and stir it well. Let it cook and absorb all the milk for about 5 minutes. Once, it is nicely cooked into a paste, you can add some crushed nuts and sliced fruits. I prefer pouring raw honey on top for a richer flavor and you can try it too.


Creamy Oatmeal and Date Smoothie

If you are always in a hurry in the morning, this smoothie can work like a life-saver for you. It is not only extremely satiating but also very delightful for the taste buds. It takes merely 5 minutes to prepare and you feel full for hours after having it.


  • 2 tablespoons of oats
  • ¼ cup of coconut milk
  • ½ cup of low-fat milk
  • 3 to 4 dates without seeds
  • ½ tablespoon of brown sugar


Add all the ingredients to the blender. Blend it until the consistency is all smooth. Add some muesli and crushed nuts on top.
