Dessert is a mandatory part of every occasion and party. It makes every feast special. There are so many desserts out there today in different forms, taste and appearance that it has become absolutely impossible to keep up with all the dessert recipes.
As you all know that we are covering recipes this month as we have already posted about healthy snacks and some potato recipes.
There is no happy event that doesn’t include a dessert. In fact, we do not even need a reason to eat it at times. All you need to have is a sweet tooth and you will always be okay with a little sugar rush after every meal.
If your family includes people that are madly in love with desserts, you must try out these dessert recipes given below. Trust me; they will love you for life for it! So put on your gloves and get started:
Rice Puddings:

Ingredients
- Two cups boiled rice
- Two cups milk
- Half tsp salt
- Two tbsp. golden raisin
- Two tbsp. pistachio
- Two tbsp. almond
- Two tbsp. cashew
- One egg, beaten
- Half cup sugar
- One tbsp. butter
- One tsp. vanilla essence
Direction
- Take a pan and add boiled rice, one cup milk and salt in it.
- Cook them at medium flame about 20 minutes until creamy.
- Stir beaten egg, golden raisins, remaining milk, almonds, cashew, pistachio and sugar into the creamy rice mixture.
- Cook it about 3 minutes until egg cook.
- Keep the pan aside from heat.
- Now stir vanilla essence and butter into the pudding.
- Enjoy it.
Date Dessert:

Ingredients
- Two cups dates
- One liter milk
- One tin of Condensed milk
- 6 eggs
- Cream
- Almond
- cashew
Direction
- Take one liter milk, soak dates in it.
- Take condensed milk, add eggs in it and liquidize well.
- Mix them together.
- Bake it in oven about half an hour until soft and brownish.
- Top your dessert with cream, almond and cashew.
Bread Dessert:

Ingredients
- 10 bread slices
- One liter milk
- Half cup sugar
- Two cardamom
- Half cup cream
- Three bars of chopped chocolate milk
- 2 tsp coffee
- 3 tbsp. sugar
Directions
- Take milk in a pan, add half cup sugar and cardamom in it and boil it.
- After boiling, let the milk cool.
- Cut the edges of bread slices and divide each slice into two pieces and place them in a dish intone two layers.
- Add milk on these slices and keep it in refrigerator.
- Blend the cream, 3 tbsp sugar and coffee for topping of the dessert.
- Blend it well and pour the creamy mixture on the bread dessert.
- Sprinkle with chopped chocolate bar, almonds and cashew.
- Refrigerate again about two hours.
- Serve chilled and enjoy.
Fruit Custard:

Ingredients
- Half liter milk
- Two tbsp. custard powder
- Six tbsp. sugar
- One cup cream, whipped
- One cup mix fruits, apple, bananas, grapes and strawberries
- Three drops of vanilla essence
Direction
- In a sauce pan, pour half liter milk and leave it to boil.
- After boiling, turn high flame to slow.
- Now add sugar, vanilla essence and custard powder (diluted) in it.
- Cook it until the sugar and custard powder mix well in a form of custard sauce.
- Shift the sauce in a serving dish and add fruits in it.
- Refrigerate it.
- Serve it cold with the garnishing of cream and caramel.
Chocolate Brownies:

Ingredients
- Half cup unsweetened chocolate
- Two beaten eggs
- One cup flour(all- purpose)
- Half tsp. baking powder
- Quarter tsp. salt
- One cup sugar
- Half cup butter
- One tsp. vanilla essence
Direction
- Shift the flour into a bowl and add baking powder and salt in it.
- In a hot water or a low flame, melt butter and chocolate.
- In a beater, beat eggs well and add sugar in eggs and then beat them well again.
- Mix chocolate and butter mixture and egg mixture together and pour into flour.
- Add vanilla essence and blend it.
