Creamy Cajun Pasta

For me, pasta is simply love. I don’t understand why we all just simply love the taste of it; the aroma and decent colors makes a perfect combination. Honestly, Bless that guy who introduced this heavenly dish to our taste buds!

Whenever I go out and decide on what to eat, the safest option is to have my favorite Creamy Cajun Pasta. This is simply the best and you can make it on your own as well without doubting your cooking abilities. It only takes 30 minutes to prepare and tastes just like the one from your favorite restaurant.

Creamy Cajun Pasta

  • 1/2 box penne pasta

  • 1 tb Cajun (seasoning)

  • 3 tbs butter

  • 1/2 tb salt

  • – ¼ tb pepper

  • ½ tb garlic powder

  • 2 boneless breast chicken, cut into thin slices

  • 1 tomato, diced

  • Parmesan cheese (according to your taste)

  • 1 tb sliced parsley

  1. Boil the penne pasta in water as per instructions on the box. Once they are cooked, drain them and set them aside.
  2. Use a paper towel to pat chicken breasts dry. Now coat both sides with Cajun seasoning. Melt 1 tb butter in a large pan on medium heat, add chicken in the pan and cook it for 5-6 minutes.
  3. Add 2 tbs in the same pan along with garlic powder, salt, pepper and 1/3 Parmesan cheese. Stir it until combined and remove from heat.
  4. Toss pasta into the mixture and top it with sliced chicken. Sprinkle each with remaining Parmesan, some parsley and diced tomato.
